FOOD IS THE SINGLE GREAT UNIFIER ACROSS CULTURES

Chinese Cuisine has a lot to offer adding variety to an otherwise ordinary meal.
Food is ordered according to preference and self served from the main dish to the individual eating bowls. Sauces at the table add flavor according to personal taste.
American sitcoms popularized Chinese Cuisine as the defacto takeout with starters like Spring Rolls, Chicken Wings, and Ribs becoming household names. Other items that have gained popularity are Kung Pao Chicken, Fried Rice and Noodles (Chowmein) as well as steamed dumplings (Momo)
For the main course it’s generally a good idea to order two to three proteins, consisting of  a Chicken dish, a Beef dish, and an additional protein consisting  of fish, seafood or lamb with at least one Vegetarian dish. (especially if there is a vegetarian guest) Rice and Noodles are a staple and ordered along with the main course.
In Chinese culture soup is consumed at the end of a meal, however in Kenya it is preferred as an appetizer.
Each order is freshly Wok’d locking in the flavors and nutrients. Not only do our dishes have a richer flavor and taste, herbs and spices also known to relieve common health ailments and promote better general health are a key ingredient
